Consome is a soup or caldo that comes from the Birria meat, topped with onion, cilantro and lime .

we offer two sizes 12oz and 32oz 

12oz basic caldo 

12oz meat special contains half a cup of meat, and 2 handmade corn tortillas

32oz family size comes with half cup of meat and  6 handmade corn tortillas (feeds 2 or 3)
